Honda Scoopy được trang bị đèn pha Projector. Bên dưới yên xe là cốp có dung tích lên đến 15,4 lít. Như vậy, cốp của Honda Scoopy FI rộng hơn gấp 6 lần so với phiên bản chế hòa khí.

Honda Scoopy FI vẫn sử dụng động cơ V-matic, dung tích 110 cc. Với hệ thống phun nhiên liệu điện tử mới, Honda Scoopy cắt giảm đáng kể lượng xăng tiêu thụ. Theo hãng Honda, Scoopy FI chỉ cần 1 lít nhiên liệu để hoàn thành quãng đường 56 km. Con số tương ứng với phiên bản được trang bị chế hòa khí là 44,5 km/lít.
